Our standard production time is ten (10) working days from art approval. Production time may vary depending on the size of the order. Less than 10 days rush orders will be subject to rush charges. All orders must be in writing as well as any changes or modifications to an order.
OVER AND UNDERRUNS
Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, orders are considered complete + / - 5%.
There will be a charge of $40.00 (G) for orders less than the catalog minimum. The absolute minimum is 50% ofthe lowest catalog quantity and is limited to one color imprint perlocation.
For exact repeats there will be a re-setup charge of $40.00 (G). Art is kept on file for 12 months.
All PMS color requests will be matched at a charge of $25.00(G) per color. PMS colors are based upon process printing on white substrate. Color matching is not recommended on colored surface and thus may vary depending on the color of the product. For ink change within an order add $20.00 (G) per color change. For copy changes within an order add $50.00 (G) per copy change.
We accept artwork on disc or by e-mail in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw in both PC and Mac. All artwork must be in a vector format and saved as an ai or eps. For camera ready art, a charge of $65.00 (X) per hour is applicable for digital transfer. Please forward artwork via e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
All artwork must include your company name, purchase order number, contact information and item for which the artwork is intended. Artwork will not be returned unless specified on your purchase order. Please include your courier account number.
Products featured in our catalog are for illustration purposes only. Trademark and copyrighted items are not for purchases, nor do we endorse said products. Featured items remain the sole property of those authorized by the trademark owners.
A free pre-production paper proof is provided on all orders. Additional paper proofis available at a charge of $7.50 (G). Revision of proofs will be re-charged as a new proof and include additional art charges. Pre-production samples are available at a charge of $50.00 (G) per color plus cost of product, set-up and shipping costs. Total responsibility for design and imprint lies with the buyers when a paper proof or pre-production sample is approved or if no proofis requested.
The colors ofthe products shown in this catalog may vary slightly from actual product color. Samples requests must be e-mailed or faxed. Samples will only be accepted for return or credit on or before 21 days after shipping date. Freight in and out is the responsibility of the distributor.
We reserve the right to substitute or cancel any product at any time due to unavoidable manufacturers product changes or improvements. Wherever possible we will substitute existing products with those of equivalent or greater value.
Prices in this catalog are all in Canadian dollars. Due to factors beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown do not include G.S.T, H.S.T or Provincial Sales taxes. All first three orders must be prepaid: opening of account and credit verification; deposit of 40% on reception of order form; 60% before delivery. We accept payment by cheque, Visa and Mastercard. Terms: Net 30 days with established credit after the 3rd order.
All shipments are FOB our warehouse located in Montreal, Quebec. Orders will be shipped Purolator Ground prepaid and invoiced for the charges unless otherwise specified. If an alternate carrier is preferred, please provide account number and courier of choice. We are not responsible for delays by couriers. Good lost or damaged after leaving our warehouse are the responsibility of the courier.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be accepted with out prior authorization and a return number issued by the warehouse. Cancellation charges may apply.
